Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and password, used to create and secure your account.
• The practice responses you write in the app.
• The coaching notes generated in reply, saved as your practice history.

How your responses are used

When you submit a practice response, its text is sent to a third-party AI provider so that coaching feedback can be generated. Please avoid including names or other identifying details about real people.

Storage and access

Your practice history is stored in our hosted database and is readable only by your own account. Database access rules prevent other users from reading, changing or deleting your entries.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual practice sessions at any time from your history. You can also delete your account from the Account screen, which permanently removes your account and all saved practice sessions. This cannot be undone.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your practice responses for advertising.
